Furniture & Pots Pty Ltd will offer "replacement warranty" on all furniture for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase against faulty workmanship or defects in the material. "Defects" refers to any imperfections that effect the use of the product. This warranty does not apply to all normal wear and tear effects of the furniture. Normal wear and tear is defined as the normal deterioration that is caused by regular use of the furniture.

This warranty does not cover damage, loss or other conditions beyond our control such as damage resulting from unauthorised repair, misuse or abuse, acts of God such as flooding, cyclones, etc.

This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, but does not apply to defects that result from intentional damage, negligence or unreasonable use. The terms of this warranty may change without notice, but will always protect the customer for the duration of the warranty period.
